There aren’t really any beaches to speak of in Luang Prabang so I was pretty excited when I heard the words “swim up bar”. Usually the whole swim up bar thing is a little gross but when its 30+ outside with 80% humidity your standards change pretty quickly.. well lets be honest your standards are at an all time low at any given moment in south east asia.. Anyways this bar/pool deal was a good time and I’m super happy I discovered it!
These photos were taken in Luang Prabang which was my first stop in Laos. I don’t know why I didn’t take more photos while I was here. Such an insane amount of beauty tucked away in the mountains. I may sound like a broken record but for real if you go to S.E.A. you simply cannot miss Laos. Beautiful country filled with beautiful people.
Laos was hands down the most beautiful part of this trip and it’s crazy to me that I haven’t posted anything on it yet. I’ve been editing like crazy and have a few ready finally. There are so many more to come but this is a start. These were taken in Luang Prabang and Vang Vieng. I have a hard time picking a favorite because they were both so gorgeous. Definitely worth the trip to go there if you are doing the S.E.A. route.
I wouldn’t say that I had the best experience in Nha Trang which I am sure was mostly due to timing but I can say for sure that it was one of the more beautiful stops on this trip. The beaches remind me of Hawaii and the sunsets are to die for. It is absolutely as stunning as the pictures portray. Just maybe give it a miss on Vietnamese independence day if you look and sound American.
